It is important to look at everything from the community perspective. Of course it needs to pencil, but in creating a project that is seen as a community amenity, it is paramount to build functional places for people to live, work and thrive.

Our Development Team brings in 40+ years of experience in Land Use, Feasibility & Development, to evaluate and value engineer each project site plan and site development methods.

Cost Modeling
Project specific value engineering with pre-fabricated structures / components and rapid on-site construction

Construction Management
All versions of construction take in to consideration the materials, logistics, budget, and schedule. We believe a key factor of success to be the deployment of a rapid on-site construction schedule ... reduced on-site man hours.

Construction
All off-site prefabrication of components and structures will be managed by Promised Land Inc, through the use of Framecrete Oregon, Aircrete Oregon, Rogue Modular, BioPure, PENV & Site Development GC well versed in modular construction.

Power Land Platform
Each BIC will offer a minimum of 20MW clean energy to the grid through a PPA with the local utility. A microgrid will be formed to provide a minimum of 100MW powered land for industrial development pre-approved for a Data Center client

Promised Land Inc has secured an existing 38,000 industrial warehouse to begin BICC corporate dealings, Manufacturing, & modular assembly in Phoenix, OR in January 2025!
BICC has secured a 34 acre Building Innovation Campus in Phoenix OR, which is under contract and in the land use planning process. We will post updates as we hit landmark milestones.

PENV has completed the design work for and is in process of building our new innovative Induction Energy Fueled Feed Water Re-Heat Regenerative Steam Cycle Waste Heat Recovery Dry Cooling Condenser Electric Power – Evaporative Fresh Water Production Co-Gen Facility. This zero emissions plant will change the face of Clean Electric Power Production, Desalinization and Water Treatment across the World.

BIO-PURE systems are provided as one complete factory-built, extended-aeration, batch-type Intermittent Cycle Extended Aeration System sewage treatment plant containing all needed equipment for efficient operation of the plant.

Fold-Out Modular Housing
US Manufacturing & Sales arm of SEED-Homes! The Oregon campus will feature a 120,000sf industrial technology based indoor manufacturing and assembly facility. SEED Homes are constructed using structural and light gauge steel with patented fold-out designs, these structures are suitable for single-family houses and a wide variety of residential and commercial applications.

With a focus on Modular Multi-Family, the Oregon Campus will feature Rogue Modular with a 40,000 sf indoor manufacturing and assembly facility for commercial and residential prefabricated structures. Structural components include TechPanels and cold formed light gauge steel framing for the construction of apartments, townhomes, manufactured home replacements, ADUs, kitchen pods, bathroom pods, and modular splash pads!

A non-profit housing developer committed to providing safe, resilient, efficient affordable housing. The prefabricated construction will be carried out by Rogue Modular, with all innovative building materials, project and construction management provided by the Building Innovation Group. Each campus housing asset will be managed and maintained by Turning Point Program.

Structural Insulated TechPanels
Industrial Manufacturing buildings on campus will be steel structures utilizing TechPanels as cladding to achieve LEED Platinum energy efficiency standards, green roofs, and rapid on-site construction.

What would our innovation campus be without the amazing people that literally pickup all the pieces and assemble them into amazing things! BIG is committed to supporting those that would like to learn the necessary skills to become part of our team ... or any other team that is in need of people with industry specific skills to help their local communities thrive. Our 15,000 sf facility will provide space and opportunities for local partner groups to offer advanced skill training to those in CTE, VoTech, mentorship and second chance employment programs. Job placement will be available.
